Inclusion Coaching and Consultation

Helping families, schools, organizations, and communities to be stronger, wiser, and more welcoming.

David Neufeld, Ph.D.

I provide inclusion coaching and consulting to help families, schools, organizations and communities do right by folks with special needs, disabilities, and learning differences.

With two decades of experience serving communities, I believe that inclusion benefits not only the individual with special needs, but that including everyone makes all of us stronger.

Most people support the idea of inclusion—they may just not know how to make it happen. It seems too big, too hard, or too complicated—and the barriers are real. But with proper support, skills, and strategies, changes become easier and success is within reach. That’s where I come in.

Highly customized support for your unique needs.

Services

Families

I offer play-based interventions, parent coaching, consultation, and social groups to help families support and connect with their children, collaborate effectively with schools, and access appropriate services.

Schools

I support teachers and schools who want to be more effective in reaching different kinds of learners through virtual and on-site observations and recommendations, one-time or ongoing consultation, and staff training.

Organizations

I work with community organizations and companies who want to be more inclusive, work more smoothly, and better serve community members, clients, or customers with special needs.
